Our West Virginia law firm was founded more than three decades ago by Harvey D. Peyton Esq. The firm now includes Mr. Peyton's wife, who works on the staff, and his son, Thomas H. Peyton, who joined the firm as an attorney almost 10 years ago.

Personal Injury

Disability and Retirement Claims
