Tom believes that as a lawyer, he is expected
to fight for and protect his clients’ rights
and he does. He provides sound legal advice so
that his clients may make informed decisions.
His practice areas include personal injury and
wrongful death, criminal defense, social security,
civil litigation as well as wills and estates.
Tom currently resides with his wife and two children
in Hurricane, Putnam County, WV.
Tom is a member
of the American Association for Justice and sits
on the Board of Directors for the West Virginia
Association for Justice. He is also involved
in various activities around the community including
a member of the Board of Directors for the Tri-County
YMCA located in Scott Depot.
After graduating
from St. Albans High School in 1994, Tom attended
both Marshall University and West Virginia University.
He received his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal
Justice from Marshall University in 1998 and
his Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree from West
Virginia University in 2001.
